The 2026 Welcome Event at PKG was more than just a celebration. Our PKG Alumni, last year’s graduates, were given the keys to the school and entrusted to organize an event themselves, which also marked the beginning of the year in which we celebrate PKG’s 30th anniversary. This is just the first of 30 celebrations for PKG’s 30th anniversary. 🔥🎉
And they succeeded completely.
The footage shows great energy and atmosphere, but serious work lies behind it all. Our young organizers went through the entire process from idea to execution and learned what is best learned through real experience: planning, budgeting, contracting services, team coordination, responsibility for others, and protocols. Everything was professionally set up: DJ, lighting, security, food and drinks, along with an emergency plan.
This is an example of modern education in practice and a reflection of what PKG stands for. PKG sets standards of excellence. A strong academic foundation is key, and we provide students with opportunities that build responsibility and leadership.
We are especially proud of the main organizers, academically excellent students:
Jan Orlić, student of the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb
Jan Donovald, student of the Faculty of Architecture, University of Zagreb
Sven Maršić, student of the Faculty of Science, University of Zagreb
Everything went professionally and safely, without a single incident, with clear rules and security in place. ✅
Well done!
