There are moments when school is no longer just a schedule, classrooms, and grades. It becomes a feeling. It becomes a community. It becomes a voice to be remembered.
That is why we are very proud to present our official anthem of PKG European School Zagreb, the song PKG, Our Way.
This anthem was created from the need for what we live every day to have its own sound. To encapsulate in one song what connects us, regardless of generation, class, or specialization. To hear who we were, who we are today, and where we are going.
From Classical Foundations to a European Gymnasium
PKG began as a Private Classical Gymnasium, founded on humanist values, language, culture, and thought. From these foundations, today’s PKG developed into the European Gymnasium PKG European School Zagreb, with 7 specializations that open different paths for future generations.
Therefore, the past and present naturally meet in the song. Greek and Latin, a bilingual daily life in Croatian and English, Zagreb as home, and Europe as a space of opportunities. And most importantly, students who arrive different, but learn together, grow together, and become more confident in their own voice.
A Song of Belonging
PKG, Our Path is a song of belonging.
A song about a school that remembers, but also looks forward.
A song about generations that succeed each other, but share the same spirit.
A song about a path that remains a part of everyone who has walked it.
