Over the years, Melanie has gained valuable experience in the British, French, and American educational systems. Born in Canada, she has found her home in Zagreb and is now extending it to our school. She brings an international breadth and the belief that a school should connect different cultures and prepare students for a global world, while simultaneously being a place one comes to with a smile, learns with heart, and leaves inspired for life.
For the new era, our school has a modern organizational structure adapted to the needs of private schools. The management with directors guides business activities, development, and strategic projects, while the pedagogical leadership, headed by the principal, takes care of academic excellence and students’ daily life. That’s why it was important to find a principal who shares the same vision.
Melanie is not only brilliant in strategic planning but also in quickly and creatively finding solutions to everyday challenges.
